Steak with sauteed tomato’s and corn salad recipe

I made steaks last night with sautéed garlic and tomato’s.  In addition I made this super easy corn salad as a side dish.  My stepmom first made this and it’s delicious. 

Corn salad-combine 2 cans of corn, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, crumbled feta and 6 or so chopped jalapeno’s.  Mix all together and serve chilled.

How to make it

  • While steaks are BBQing
  • Heat Olive oil in skillet. Saute Garlic about 2 mins. Add Tomatoes, Thyme, and Basil and season with salt and pepper and cook covered until Tomatoes begin to wilt about 5 min.
  • Spoon over steaks.
